Production Manager

 Charles is a military veteran and SMTA Certified SMT Process Engineer (CSMTPE) with more than 15 years of experience in electronics production. He has worked across the full production floor, from SMT line setup and process optimization to quality, yield improvement and scaling for volume. At Erdos Miller, he brings that hands-on manufacturing expertise to building rugged, high-reliability electronics.
